I've forgotten my Customer Number

Your customer number is your date of birth, followed by up to four digits. You received this when you signed up for Digital Banking.

If you have can't remember your Customer Number, simply re-submit your details and you will probably be able to access your account immediately.

I've forgotten my Security Number or Password

Your Security Number is the four-digit number you chose when you registered for Digital Banking.

Your Password is set by you when registering. It has between six and 20 characters and may contain both letters and numbers.
