Business Card Free Prize Draw terms and conditions

Business Charge Card

  1. Prize draw open to customers and non-customers aged 18 or over who are UK residents. Draw not open to employees of The Royal Bank of Scotland Group of companies, their families or anyone associated with this draw.
  2. Only one business card application is allowed per business. If an individual working for the same business takes out a second business card, this will be invalid for entry into the prize draw. Entries are not returnable. If your application is successful, you will automatically be entered into the free prize draw. Successful applications must be received by midday on 29 August 2008.
  3. No purchase necessary – send your name and address to: RBS in branch, £10k Business Card/Business Premium Card Prize Draw, Commercial Cards Division, The Royal Bank of Scotland, 7th Floor, 2½ Devonshire Square, London EC2M 4BA for entry.
  4. Entries not submitted in accordance with these rules, delayed, damaged, incomplete, altered or illegible will be disqualified. No responsibility is accepted for entries lost, delayed or damaged in the post. Proof of posting will not be accepted as proof of entry.
  5. Winner will be drawn at random on 14 September 2008. The prize is not transferable. The winner will have the prize credited to their Business Card/Business Premium Card account. For non Business Card holders, the prize will be credited into the customers’ RBS Business Bank Account. For non RBS customers, the prize will be credited to a nominated bank account. The judge’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
  6. Winner will be informed by phone and in writing by 31 October 2008, when information about the winner(s) will be available by sending an SAE to “£10k Business Card Prize Draw Winner List”, at the address given in condition (c) above.
  7. The winner agrees to take part in publicity in connection with this prize draw.
  8. If a prize is unclaimed after reasonable efforts have been made to contact the winner the promoter will be entitled to dispose of the prize as it sees fit without any liability to the winner[s] for having done so.
  9. The promoter reserves the right to alter, amend or foreclose the promotion without prior notice.
